Rockseal White Hot Melt Granules (pellets / chips) are 100% solid EVA-based thermoplastic adhesives designed specifically for bulk melting pots in automatic edge banders (Homag, Biesse, SCM, Brandt, Felder) and high-speed automated packaging machinery. Its bright white color creates an invisible joint line on white laminates, particle boards, and MDF panels.
Rockseal White Hot Melt Granules are manufactured by Bapa Sitaram Enterprise in Surat, Gujarat using high-purity Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) copolymers blended with premium titanium dioxide pigments and tackifying resins. Designed for high-speed automatic edge banders (Homag, Biesse, SCM, Brandt) operating at 12–24 meters/minute line speed.
The opaque white pigmentation creates a completely invisible joint line on white particle boards, MDF, plywood, and white PVC/ABS/melamine edge bands. Resists thermal degradation, charring, or carbon buildup in continuous 24/7 heated glue pots up to 210°C.
Packed in 25 kg – 30 kg moisture-barrier master bags, lowering consumable costs for high-capacity modular furniture factories across India and global export markets.
